Predictive Modelling for Prostate Cancer

For the betterment of patient outcomes, Prospection R&D designed a predictive algorithm to identify prostate cancer patients at risk of developing metastatic disease. Through strategic analysis of longitudinal patient and pathology data, Prospection was able to stratify patient cohorts by progression rates. From there, a predictive model was created with an Accuracy Score (ROC) of 0.901, helping patients to get the right treatment earlier.

Drug Utilisation Modelling for Pricing & Reimbursement Review

Our pharma client, headquartered in Japan, came to Prospection with a problem: their reimbursement deed was due for renegotiation with the payor, but higher than forecasted drug claims were putting pressure on the pricing agreement. By analysing historical claims data across varied patient demographics, Prospection provided a thorough Drug Utilisation model that our client was then able to use as real evidence during their pricing negotiations.
