How we protect your data
Much of the information we hold about you will be stored electronically in a secure data centre located in Australia. We use a range of physical, electronic and other security measures to protect the security, confidentiality and integrity of the personal information we hold.

Staging environments such as FTP server is periodically cleansed to prevent sensitive data from lingering. Removable media devices are kept in a secure locked location. Only authorised staff will have controlled access to client information/records. The records must be encrypted while in transit and at rest. This covers all physical media such as storage disks, backup media, and removable media (USB flash drives, external drives, CD/DVDs). When records are being requested for removal, ensure all associated access methods are terminated. Ensure all running electronic storage are cleaned. Ensure all removable media containing the requested data is destroyed. The exclusion are backups. We will not retrospectively clean up backups.
